01What is the minimum order?

500 units per production run. Hotel groups can split one run across properties, each with its own logo.

02How long does it take?

A sample with your logo reaches you in about 3 weeks. Production and delivery dates are confirmed in writing with your quote.

03How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the embroidery, packaging and quantity. Send us your brief and we’ll reply with an itemized quote.

04Can we see a sample first?

Yes. Nothing goes into production until you’ve approved a physical sample with your logo.

05Can the robe carry our branding?

The robe is a white plush terry, embroidered with your logo in your thread color. The bear carries your brand, not ours.

06What artwork do you need?

Your logo as a vector file (.ai, .eps or .pdf), plus Pantone references if you have them. The file you use for your linens is ideal.

07Will reorders match?

Yes. Your artwork, thread colors and robe details stay on file, and every bear is made from the same pattern.

08Can you supply a hotel group?

Yes. One order can cover several properties, each with its own logo, which also makes the minimum easier to reach.
