The Coziest Cub(“we”, “us”) designs and supplies signature guest keepsakes for hotels and other hospitality businesses in the United States. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

We collect only what you choose to send us through our forms:

• Partner inquiries: name, title, work email, company or property, number of properties and rooms, location, interests and your message.
• Sample requests: name, title, work email, property, number of rooms, shipping address and your message.
• Contact form: department, name, work email, phone, company and your message.
• Brand preview: name, work email and hotel or company, plus the text, logo and colors you use in the preview.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) to deliver and secure the site.

If you upload a logo or artwork, we use it only to create the preview, mockups, samples and products you ask for. You keep all rights to your marks. We do not publish your artwork or use it in our marketing without your written permission.

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare quotes.
• To create mockups and ship the samples you request.
• To fulfil orders and provide service under any agreement we sign with you.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We share information only with providers that help us run the site, under terms that limit their use of it:

• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Discord, which we use to route form submissions to our team internally.
• Google (Gemini API), which generates photo-real mockups from the design you create.
• Photon and OpenStreetMap, which suggest addresses as you type a shipping address. The text you type is sent to their service from your browser.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

We use only what is strictly necessary to run the site and remember your cookie choice. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies today, and will not without your consent. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out.

We keep inquiry and sample records for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, generally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting.

The site is served over HTTPS and access to submissions is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for transfers.

Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose.
• Delete personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do neither.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information to respond to your request and take steps before entering a contract, and for our legitimate interest in running our business. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
