Information on this site, including product descriptions, timelines and any quote we send in reply to an inquiry, is not an offer to sell. Orders are binding only under a written agreement or order confirmation signed or issued by us, whose terms govern that order.

Brand previews and mockups, including AI-generated images, are illustrations only. Final colors, embroidery, materials and proportions are confirmed on a physical sample before production.

All content on this site, including text, photographs, designs, graphics and the The Coziest Cubname and marks, is © The Coziest Cub. All Rights Reserved. You may view and share pages for evaluating our products. Any other copying, modification or commercial use requires our written permission.

When you upload or enter a logo, name or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that our use of it to create your mockups and samples will not infringe anyone’s rights. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it only to prepare previews, mockups, quotes, samples and products for you. You keep all ownership.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or offensive.
• Interfere with the site, probe its security, or overload it.
• Scrape or copy the site or its images by automated means.
• Submit false information or impersonate anyone.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Warranties for products are only those in your written agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Coziest Cub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site.
